Weekly mastermind sessions are the heartbeat of our community. Each of our curated groups come together with intention and purpose in hour long Zoom sessions every Monday. Everyone shares how things are going, gets supportive feedback on stuck points, and genuinely celebrates each other’s wins. The insight we gain into the inner workings of each other’s real estate businesses and the new perspectives we get in our own business is invaluable. These sessions are energizing and give clarity and renewed focus to the immediate actions that will take our businesses and ultimately our lives to new levels of freedom! No matter where you are in the world, we are together.
Mornings at 8am CST (6am PST/7am MST/9am EST)

To supplement our weekly mastermind sessions, our members have access to a private online community where our members can stay connected throughout the week. You’ll be able to connect with any of our members by making posts, comments, direct messages, participating in online events and more. There’s also a “members near me” feature, so you can connect with more members in your local market. Lastly, you’ll have a private group area that only your particular mastermind group can access. You’ll be able to use this private area to post things amongst yourselves like follow-up questions to something you discussed in your last session, a problem you’re stuck on that can’t wait until Monday, or something that you just know your group will find inspiring.
We know you hear “community” all the time, so maybe it’s lost its oomph lately, but please hear us when we say the quality and culture of our community is our biggest priority right behind seeing you crush every goal you set up.
The guidelines that we’ve laid out for our members are pretty simple. No ads or promotions. No rude jerks. No unnecessary noise or hype. This is a place to escape all the generalized information and sales pitches. We come here to invest in ourselves and our businesses by truly investing in each other. We listen to each other and offer up all the knowledge, resources, and support we have because we know that together each of us is capable of more than any one of us can do alone.
When we set out to bring together this community family of go-givers and goal-crushers, we knew that we wanted it to be a safe space for all of us dreamers to come together regardless of how much or how little money we came from and regardless of the color of our skin or the accents on our tongues. From our community guidelines, member spotlights, and everything in between, this is an intentionally welcoming space for everyone, because real estate investing unlocks more than just time freedom and financial freedom. It’s the vehicle in which our family of investors can truly provide meaningful impact to our communities and future generations.

FAQs
You’ll be placed with 3-5 other people in your small “inner circle” mastermind group. We match you based on a number of factors including your market, niche, revenue goals, and current holdings. Your sessions and group messaging area will be private and not accessible by other REI Circle members, so that you can grow together and feel comfortable knowing that you’re in a safe, private space with an inner circle that has your back.
We work really hard on our culture here. It’s imperative that our members treat each other with respect and have a giving and supportive spirit as we help each other move towards our goals. That said, if you don’t feel like your group is a fit, we will work with you on placing you with a different group. We’ll also refresh our groups every January giving everyone a chance to build more deep relationships.
We host our mastermind sessions on Zoom. When the session begins, you’ll first be in a big group with everyone who meets at that time, then we’ll move you into smaller “break out rooms” with only your 3-5 inner circle members. Once you’re with just your inner circle mastermind members, you’ll each have time to share how you’re doing, get feedback on stuck points, and commit to goals for the coming week.
We take our commitment to each other and our time together very seriously, but we also know that life happens. With that said, you can miss up to one session per quarter (and up to 4 sessions per year), but more than that and we’ll reach out to you and together we can review if this is still a good fit.
We do hope to expand our times to fit more schedules in the future, but we can’t promise any other times for mastermind sessions yet.

Yes, you can request to join a specific mastermind group. You can also request to be placed with a spouse/friend(s). After you join, you’ll fill out our mastermind questionnaire (required of all new members) and tell us who specifically you would like to be grouped with and as long as you both/all request each other, we’ll place you in a group together.
Yes. This is a great way to start your real estate journey. You’ll be placed in a mastermind with other investors who are also new or just starting out. You’ll also get to learn from and network with more experienced members in the larger REI Circles community, at social events, and trainings. The number of deals you’ve done doesn’t matter as much as how you show up and who you’re committed to becoming.
Yes, but it depends. If you share a membership and will be sharing one mastermind seat, then yes, your spouse could essentially join for free by sharing your account. You’ll share the allotted time during your mastermind sessions as one person would.
If you’d like to have separate accounts with your own assigned mastermind group and your own allotted times within for sharing your weekly updates, you’ll each need to pay for a separate membership.
We think it’s so important for spouses to have the option to work this business together, and we definitely support either route you choose to go about it here!
